Celesta is a problem solver and dedicated employee. She does an excellent job of juggling her administrative and financial responsibilities with assisting at the front desk.

Jared Spring is the Desk Manager for the Recorder’s Office.

Jared was hired in May of 2005 as a Deputy Desk Clerk. He was promoted to the position of Desk Manager in October of 2011. His duties include all aspects of day to day operations of recording, processing and returning documents.

Jared has a photographic memory and investigative mind. He loves a challenge.

Mike Risko, Deputy Desk Clerk, was hired in November, 2011.

Although Mike is the newest member of our team, he is no stranger to the Recorder's Office. As a title examiner, he was often in our office researching documents, making it an easy transition to serving the public behind the counter.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing guitar in his band.

Beth Jeckering, Deputy Clerk - Special Projects was hired in June, 2009.

As a part-time staff member, she is responsible for back-scanning, indexing and serving the public at the counter. She also helps with special projects.

Beth is a Geauga County resident and is happy for the opportunity to get involved with the community as a public servant.
